Dr. S.N.Gupta - Founding Chairman
An International expert in NGN technologies, Regulation, Interconnection and Broadband with 42 years experience in all aspects of Telecom, including 25 years with Govt. and Regulator, Dr. Gupta is publicly recognized as an Analyst, Author, Advocate and Advisor on ICT related Policies, Projects and Business.His vast Experience in different Next Generation Networks, has made him popular as "NGNguru" He is the first Indian recipient of IPv6 Hall of Fame Award 2019 and Lifetime Achievement Award-2022 by Global IPv6 Forum and is the Founder Chairman of Bharat IPv6 Forum.
Shri B.C.Jain - Founding Co-Chairman
Shri Jain has been a pioneer on NGN committee of TRAI. He was a member of Department of Information Technology (DIT), GoI and was on the monitoring Committee for the implementation of IPv6. During the emergence of the Internet in India, he managed Internet services, VOIP, IPVPNs and MPLS based services. He has also worked at Bharat Electronics Ltd, CMC Ltd, RPG Enterprises Ltd ( RPG/NTT Japan project ) and Estel Communications. He has keen interest in teaching and propagating Internet Technologies to the masses.
Dr. Praveen Misra - Founding Executive Chairman
Dr. Misra has served as Sr. Scientist in different arms of the Govt. of India for over 25 years as well as with corporate sector. He had the privilege of being associated for over two decades with the research, capacity building and deployment of IPv6 in the country and had been part of many International and National IPv6 related projects. Acknowledging his contribution to the cause of IPv6 globally, he has been inducted into the luminaries "Internet IPv6 Hall of Fame in 2024". Dr. Misra wears many hats.
